Official Announcement: Tuition Rates for Fee-Based Educational Programs – Academic Year 2026/2027

Ural State Forestry University invites prospective students to apply for state-accredited higher education programs with transparent, fixed tuition rates for the 2026/2027 academic year. All fees are established in accordance with Federal Law No. 273-FZ "On Education in the Russian Federation" and approved by USFU Academic Council Protocol No. 5 dated 21 May 2026 (Order No. 291-А dated 26 May 2026).

BACHELOR'S DEGREE PROGRAMS

Standard duration: 4 years (full-time); 4 years 6–9 months (part-time/correspondence)

Full-Time Format

Annual tuition: 202,000 RUB for the majority of programs, including:

Ecology and Nature Management (05.03.06); Construction (08.03.01); Information Systems and Technologies (09.03.02); Applied Informatics (09.03.03); Technological Machines and Equipment (15.03.02); Chemical Technology (18.03.01); Biotechnology (19.03.01); Technosphere Safety (20.03.01); Nature Management and Water Use (20.03.02); Quality Management (27.03.02); Management in Technical Systems (27.03.04); Innovation (27.03.05); Printing and Packaging Technology (29.03.03); Forestry (35.03.01); Technology of Logging and Wood Processing (35.03.02); Landscape Architecture (35.03.10).

Annual tuition: 180,700 RUB for Service (43.03.01) and Tourism (43.03.02).

Correspondence Format

Annual tuition ranges from 53,000 RUB (Chemical Technology, Biotechnology, Quality Management, Management in Technical Systems, Innovation, Printing and Packaging Technology) to 68,000 RUB (Applied Informatics). Other programs: Ecology and Nature Management (63,000 RUB); Technological Machines and Equipment, Automation of Technological Processes, Land Management and Cadastre, Transport Technology, Operation of Transport and Technological Machines (65,000 RUB); Nature Management and Water Use, Tourism (55,000 RUB); Forestry, Technology of Logging and Wood Processing (58,000 RUB); Landscape Architecture (65,000 RUB).

Part-Time (Evening) Format

Annual tuition ranges from 65,000 RUB to 85,000 RUB, depending on the program. Notable examples: Construction (85,000 RUB); Information Systems and Technologies, Applied Informatics, Land Management and Cadastre (80,000 RUB); Ecology and Nature Management, Automation of Technological Processes, Operation of Transport Machines, Quality Management, Management in Technical Systems, Technology of Logging and Wood Processing, Service, Tourism (75,000 RUB); Energy- and Resource-Saving Processes in Chemical Technology, Nanotechnology and Biotechnology; Technosphere Safety (65,000 RUB).

Total program cost is calculated as annual tuition multiplied by the standard duration and is fixed upon contract signing.

MASTER'S DEGREE PROGRAMS

Standard duration: 2 years (full-time); 2 years 3–4 months (part-time/correspondence)

Full-Time Format

Annual tuition: 217,300 RUB for all programs: Construction (08.04.01); Applied Informatics (09.04.03); Technosphere Safety (20.04.01); Quality Management (27.04.02); Forestry (35.04.01); Technology of Logging and Wood Processing (35.04.02); Landscape Architecture (35.04.09).

Correspondence Format

Annual tuition ranges from 53,000 RUB (Ecology and Nature Management) to 75,000 RUB (Land Management and Cadastre; Landscape Architecture). Other programs: Construction, Forestry (65,000 RUB); Transport Technology, Technology of Logging and Wood Processing (63,000 RUB); Applied Informatics, Technosphere Safety (73,000 RUB).

Part-Time (Evening) Format

Annual tuition: 70,000–80,000 RUB. Examples: Construction (80,000 RUB); Technological Machines and Equipment, Technosphere Safety, Operation of Transport Machines and Complexes (75,000 RUB); Chemical Technology, Biotechnology (70,000 RUB).

SPECIALIST DEGREE PROGRAMS

Standard duration: 5 years (full-time); 5 years 8 months (correspondence)

Full-Time Format

Ground Transport and Technological Systems (23.05.01): 202,000 RUB/year.

Correspondence Format

Ground Transport and Technological Systems (23.05.01): 73,000 RUB/year; Economic Security (38.05.01): 70,000 RUB/year.

POSTGRADUATE (ASPIRANTURA) RESEARCH PROGRAMS

Standard duration: 3–4 years (full-time only)

Annual tuition: 238,200 RUB for Regional and Sectoral Economics (5.2.3) and Methodology and Technology of Professional Education (5.8.7); 243,000 RUB for all other scientific specializations, including: Inorganic Chemistry (1.4.1); Ecology (1.5.15); Design and Construction of Roads, Metro Stations, Airfields, Bridges and Transport Tunnels (2.1.8); Automation and Control of Technological Processes and Production (2.3.3); Machines, Aggregates and Technological Processes (2.5.21); Technology and Processing of Synthetic and Natural Polymers and Composites (2.6.11); Operation of Automobile Transport (2.9.5); Forest Science, Forestry, Forest Plantations, Agroforestry, Landscaping, Forest Pyrology and Taxation (4.1.6); Technologies, Machines and Equipment for Forestry and Wood Processing (4.3.4).

IMPORTANT NOTES

All tuition rates apply to first-year students enrolling in the 2026/2027 academic year and remain fixed for the standard duration of the respective program upon execution of the educational services contract.

Fees are calculated in Russian Rubles (RUB) and cover the full scope of educational services as defined by federal standards.
